Term 1 Integrated Learning - Leadership

We have been learning all about What makes a good leader.

We identified that good leaders show 6 main character traits. These are…….Integrity,Trustworthy,resilient,goal focused,motivational,active thinker

The leadership trait that I think I show the most is………..motivational because…………i like to inspire people with what i like doing and with what i'm interested in

The leadership trait I would most like to develop is……….integrity because………..i'm not all ways fair and honest

Something NEW I have learned about leadership is………….people that are leaders show most of the 6 traits

The SOLO level that I reached during this unit of learning is………..relational because……… I can compare and contrast the traits of different leaders.

My next step in learning about leadership is to apply everything that I have learned about leadership to my own leadership roles.

I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were…….Cup your hands or reverse cup as early as possible. Keep your eye on the ball. Watch the ball all the way into your hands. Watch the ball all the way to its target. Look at where you are aiming to throw the ball. Point to where you want the ball to go.

My Next Steps

To improve my striking of a ball I need to Stand side on........because.......... I dont usually do it and some times it doesn't it work
